Transnational Project Meeting VET-ECOoking
We want to share some impressions from our last transnational project meeting for the VET-ECOoking project. It took place in Vienna on the 4th and 5th of October.
The partners had very fruitful discussions about the finalised project activities, namely the research on existing curricula and good practices on sustainable cooking and the interviews that were conducted with more than 100 people in relevant food fields.
We also talked about the next steps and started planning the roundtables with experts in VET training, environmental sustainability and gastronomy industry.
