Unternehmensgegenstand ist Consulting, Training und Coaching von KundInnen im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor.

AuftraggeberIn im Öffentlichen Sektor sind vorrangig das Arbeitsmarktservice in Österreich, Ministerien, die Europäische Kommission sowie das gesamte Bildungssystem.
Wir wenden uns mit unserem Dienstleistungsangebot an unterschiedlichste Zielgruppen, wobei die jeweiligen Inhalte zielgruppenadäquat geplant, organisiert und umgesetzt werden. Unser Dienstleistungsangebot umfasst sowohl fachspezifische Ausbildungsinhalte, sowie persönlichkeitsbildende Elemente.

Consulting umfasst die Bereiche Unternehmensberatung, Outplacement, Training und Coaching. Die Beratungsaufträge beziehen sich vorrangig auf Prozessmodellierungen, Organisations- und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen.

Grundlage unseres Handelns sind der systemisch konstruktivistische Ansatz und die Unternehmensgrundsätze.
Neben fachspezifischen Ausbildungen (IT, Sprachen etc.) bieten wir unseren KundInnen und deren MitarbeiterInnen unsere Dienstleistungen in allen Phasen der jeweiligen Unternehmensentwicklung (z.B. Expansionsprojekte, Outplacementmaßnahmen) an.

Gemeinsam mit unseren KooperationspartnerInnen ist es unser Bestreben, unseren KundInnen eine möglichst ganzheitliche Consulting- und Trainingsdienstleistung anbieten zu können.
